By accessing this website or participating in any Harmonic Strength service, event, or program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Wellness Services

Harmonic Strength provides sound journeys, guided meditation, yoga, Yoga Nidra, and related wellness experiences designed to promote relaxation and stress reduction.

These services are educational and wellness-based and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.

Participation is voluntary.

Medical Disclaimer

Please consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider before participating if you:

 

  • are pregnant
  • have epilepsy or a seizure disorder
  • have severe sound sensitivity
  • have a serious medical condition
  • have recently undergone surgery
  • have any concerns about whether participation is appropriate for you

If at any time during a session you become uncomfortable, you should stop participating and notify the facilitator.

Personal Responsibility

You are responsible for making decisions regarding your own health and well-being.

By participating, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of the activities and assume responsibility for your participation.

Registration and Attendance

Advance registration is recquired for all events.

 

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before the scheduled start time.

 

To preserve a peaceful experience for everyone, late arrivals may not be admitted once the session has begun.

Donations and Fees

Community Sound Journeys are offered free of charge, with donations gratefully accepted unless otherwise stated.

Private sessions, corporate programs, and specialty events require payment according to the pricing provided at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

This section depends on how you want to operate. A common approach is:

 

  • Community events: Please cancel your registration as soon as possible if you cannot attend so your space may be offered to someone else.
  • Private sessions: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled without charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Harmonic Strength reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to illness, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Photography

Occasionally, photographs may be taken before or after events for promotional purposes.

No participant will be photographed during meditation without permission.

If you prefer not to appear in photographs, please let us know.

(I actually like this because it reassures people that you aren’t taking pictures while they’re in a vulnerable state.)

Intellectual Property

All website content, written meditations, recordings, graphics, logos, and educational materials are the property of Harmonic Strength unless otherwise noted.

 

They may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harmonic Strength and its owner shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from participation in services or use of this website.

Privacy

Information submitted through this website will only be used to communicate with you regarding services, events, or inquiries.
